Warm your heart and soul with some creamy pumpkin soup.

Ingredients:
- Pumpkin
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pepper
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
Instructions:
- Cut the pumpkin in half and take the seeds out.
- Bake pumpkin in the oven for 35 minutes, 425 degrees.
- Pour olive oil into the pot.
- Pour diced onion into the pot.
- Mince garlic cloves in pot for 4-6 minutes
- Put pumpkin in the pot
- Add cinnamon to the pumpkin.
- Add Nutmeg on the pumpkin
- Add ground cloves
- Add Cayenne pepper
- Pour 4 cups of vegetable broth
- Let it simmer for 15 minutes
- Add coconut milk
- Add maple syrup
- Blend it all together in a blender.
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy
